The complex ownership structure of the businesses consisted of individuals, partnerships, trusts and corporate entities.

With this complex transaction the partners were seeking to minimise initial cash injection into the property purchase with a deferred amortisation on the commercial facility until the new site was operational.

This was also to include a commercial fit out facility. We commenced high level negotiations to understand the credit appetite of commercial lenders and found a number who were keen to assist the client with wide ranging options for consideration.

The lender, a major bank, was the right fit for the clients who provided an extremely attractive offer which exceeded the clients’ requirements at a competitive interest rate.
