We reached out to our existing clients to advise that there was an opportunity to review their current variable rates and where additional information was required, we requested for the clients to provide this so we can get the best possible pricing for their existing residential facilities.

Upon completion of this task, a number of our clients received significant additional discounts to their existing home loans held with major lenders, which were lower than what the lenders were offering to new clients on their home loans.
